Morgan Construction and Development Services, LLC (formerly 597724 Ontario Ltd., DBA Morgan Construction) has been in business for over a quarter of a century. The company was founded in Ontario, Canada in 1982. For the first ten years in Canada the company undertook projects such as schools, malls, government buildings, multi-family housing units and Assisted Living Facilities with great success.

In 1992, the company expanded to Florida opening an office in Tarpon Springs which is now the company headquarters.

Through the success of its projects and the client relationships built up over the years the company continues to provide innovative and cost effective solutions which satisfy the needs of our clients.

We excel on large projects such as complete design/build site developments or on smaller unique projects such as restoration work and water intrusion reconstruction.
